JUDICIAL INDEMNIFICATION DESTINED TO SOCIAL PURPOSES.
In a lawsuit filed by STC/CLODOS against BALBOA CHEMICAL, S.L. (FLOW QUÍMICA), STC/CLODOS has obtained a final judgment that fully upholds the claim filed, condemning the defendants to pay compensation, plus interest and costs for breach of their obligations in the professional assignment made to them.
The compensation received has been destined by STC/CLODOS to the execution of social projects in Africa, related to our activity, through an international NGO, providing several villages with wells and water facilities that guarantee human, agricultural and livestock consumption.
